Your chauffeur will meet you at the bottom of the escalator before the baggage claim, holding a sign with your name on it. If for some reason you do not see your chauffeur, please call our office right away 808-572-1800 or 855-572-1800 and we will assist you immediately. Failure to call may result in a full charge / no-show.

As soon as your plans are fairly definite, just give us a call or send us an e-mail to set up your reservation. We always suggest as much notice as possible, several days for airport service and at least two weeks for most hourly charters.

Seasonal, off-hour and special events may dictate more notice, sometimes even a few months, so try to plan accordingly. That said, just contact us whenever you are ready and need service, same day, same week, or even within the hour. We’ll do our very best to accommodate you.

We do require a credit card guarantee for payment and/or a prepaid non-refundable deposit. A credit card authorization form will be sent to you to complete at the time of reservation. This applies to all reservations including airport transfers, hourly rentals and tours.
All vehicles are strictly NON-SMOKING. If any passenger smokes in a vehicle a minimum cleaning fee of $250.00 will apply, plus cost of repairs for any damage related to smoking.

All vehicles are stocked with water and oshibori towels. Limousines are set up with ice, bottled water, glassware and napkins.

Alcoholic beverages are only permitted in Limousines, and passengers consuming in the vehicle are over the age of 21. You may also have Chauffeured Services Maui stock your vehicle with beverages and snacks of choice for an additional charge.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel please do so 24 hours in advance for a full refund, with the exception of tours.
  • Cancellations 2-23 hours prior to service will be charged 50%.
  • Cancellations 2 hours or less prior to service will be charged 100% full charge.
  • Though we track your flight we do not always know your originating flight. You are required to advise us of any delays that affect your arrival time in Hawaii in order to not incur any late fees.
  • Tours require a 72 hour notice to cancel or there will be a 100% full charge.
  • We are allowed to cancel any transportation should weather demand, for the safety of our passengers and drivers.
  • On charters there is a five minute grace period after scheduled drop time. Billing will be in half hour increments if the drop time is over five minutes.
  • Any child seats must be installed by the passengers for liability purposes.
