In the event you need to cancel your reservation, the following policies will apply.
- If you need to cancel please do so 24 hours in advance for a full refund, with the exception of tours.
- Cancellations 2-23 hours prior to service will be charged 50%.
- Cancellations 2 hours or less prior to service will be charged 100% full charge.
- Though we track your flight we do not always know your originating flight. You are required to advise us of any delays that affect your arrival time in Hawaii in order to not incur any late fees.
- Tours require a 72 hour notice to cancel or there will be a 100% full charge.
- We are allowed to cancel any transportation should weather demand, for the safety of our passengers and drivers.
- On charters there is a five minute grace period after scheduled drop time. Billing will be in half hour increments if the drop time is over five minutes.
- Any child seats must be installed by the passengers for liability purposes.
